Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible.

We are completing our study in the book of Matthew for the 2024-2025 year. This class will end in Mid May, 2025.

The Medford CBS class for 2025-2026 will be studying the book of Psalms.

There will be the opportunity for two different classes.

1. Our Main class will meet in Person.

2. For adults unable to attend in person due to distance from the main site or physical restrictions we will

also have an Online Class

Both Classes will start September 11, 2025 and go until May 14, 2026.

ABOUT THE CLASS

This is a Women's Class

THU at 9:15 AM - 11:15 AM

1. The Main Class: Thursdays 9:15-11:15

This group is for adult women and it will meet in person at Eastwood Baptist Church.

Our classes will meet weekly during the school year.

Each class member receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions.

Each week you will be participating in a small group discussion and a large group teaching.

From time to time there are fellowship brunches and special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

2. The Online Class: Thursdays 9:15-11:15

(For adult women not able to attend the in person class )

This class will be meeting virtually every week via ZOOM.

Each week you’ll participate in small group discussions and view a large group teaching on line.

There will be virtual fellowship brunches and special times of sharing and relationship building within the virtual class

Our Study for the 2025-2026 year will be in the book of Psalms.

The book of Psalms has served as the hymnbook and prayerbook of God’s people from ancient times and on into the present. Known as the Psalter, this collection of Holy Spirit-inspired poetry captures the highs and lows of life. The Psalms are powerful prayers, guiding us into honest communication with God. They validate our doubts, passions, fears, and longings and show us how to draw near to God in our struggles. This Bible study organizes the Psalms thematically, making it easier to grasp their main ideas and apply them to your own conversations with God.

Book Pickup will happen on the first day of class for the main, in person study. Books will be mailed to the virtual participants before the first day of class.

Registration Fee:

Adults: $35

Children (under 18): $10

Women, Teens (young men and ladies), and children (boys and girls) of all ages and stages of faith are welcome to join us!

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children and teens can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. In many cases, the children will study the same Bible passages as the adults. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry! The Medford CBS is presently serving children from infants through the teen years.
